AG Delta's business advisory services embrace the dramatic changes in the economic environment and regulatory requirements. We assist financial institutions with staff development and accreditation, product management, product origination and campaign management, to help drive structural changes in the distribution activities.
Examples of advisory services include:
- Advise on the processes to segment customers, products and sales staff and assist in the development of educational and disclosure documentation. Implementation of compliance checking within the pre-sales workflow to match a client's risk segmentation to products and the wealth advisors accreditation ensures quality of service and adherence to compliance in the transaction process.
- Create a customer segmentation model that will be used for contact and campaign management, segmentation pricing (i.e., discounting spreads and fees based on customer segments), and build this intelligence into AG|Capital.
- Assist with product development including term sheets, product wrappers, internal approval documents and presentation material and participate in presentations to the Bank's product board and regulators.
- Develop training and accreditation programs for the banks Relationship Managers. AG|Delta develops educational material for class-room training and distribution through an online learning knowledge-base accessed through a financial institutions Wealth Management portal. The ability to distribute new investment products together with training material stored in a knowledge base, provides a highly value source of reference for Relationship Managers when engaging customers.
