AG|Delta delivers straight through Global Payments Solution for large European Bank. The business case to integrate the banks Murex front-office trading platform to the back office payments system was first identified in a review conducted by AG Delta in 2006. The review identified that by netting all the cashflows relating to FX & Currency Derivative transactions over the course of the day the volume of payments made to Client accounts would be reduced significantly while reducing operational risks in the current process. The system, which went live on May 14th, will initially manage the Banks Asia Pacific’s payments volume and be extended to cover the European operations later in the year.
