He is the academic advisor to the Wealth Management Institute (WMI) of Temasek Holdings, and sits on the advisory council of the CAMRI research centre at National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School. He is also an adjunct faculty member at the Singapore Management University (SMU).
Michael holds MA and PhD degrees from Cambridge University.

A seasoned executive with hands-on experience building business from the ground up, Stephen leads ReMark's strategic and operational agenda with one focus: maximum value creation.

Sutat has also acted as Group Head of Investment & Treasury Products for the Wealth Management Business of Standard Chartered Bank. He established a series of industry firsts with innovative products that addressed the needs of different market segments across the region. He has held executive positions in OCBC Securities and DBS Bank. He serves as a Director of Chi-East Pte Ltd. Mr. Sutat has a Bachelor of Arts degree, First Class Honors, in Philosophy Politics & Economics (PPE) from Oxford University, Keble College. He was the top student in PPE from Keble College in 1996. He also holds a Master of Arts degree from Oxford.

Douglas has over 30 years in the Financial Markets & Services Industry. In the last 5 years he has served as head of ABN Amro's Risk Advisory Services Unit, which assisted clients in Europe/Middle East & Asia for reviewing and approving complex structured product and unusual derivatives transactions.
Prior to joining Risk Management, he was Global Head of Currency Derivatives at ABN Amro from 1999 – 2003, Before taking over the management of currency derivatives, he played a large role in building the Bank's overall global derivatives product trading capability, especially in the areas of interest rate derivatives, exotic options and structured products since the late 80's. Douglas has served on the ISDA ('International Swaps & Derivatives Association') Board of Directors since 1994, and as Secretary of the Association from 1998 – 2004.
He is a graduate of the University of Chicago with BA and MBA (Quantitative Finance) degrees.
